I liked that he was very informational without being condescending or arrogant and think I'll give in to a few features of the vehicle. He thoroughly explained everything I wanted to know about the vehicle. this has been the best vehicle shopping experience I've ever had and would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a reliable, affordable, safe car that isn't Toyota or Honda. I do want to mention that the person who assisted us with the finance portion of the sale (Justin Moore) was also very friendly and did indeed look for the best interest rate for the loan. They didn't pull the "your credit is lower than you told us so we're gonna give you a high interest rate" like I've experienced in the competing companies. More

It was a 45 minute trip to the dealership in heavy traffic and we arrived quite stressed. Everyone in the dealership was very pleasant and accommodating which helped distress us. We were introduced to Alex Tamer, a sales consultant who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Subaru Legacy. After negotiating with the help of Alex and Cristiano we were able to make the deal and must mention, that we believe we are very difficult and knowledgeable shoppers.
