This dealership is awesome. They have in place where you meet the service department on the day you buy a car. They also have a "Love Encore Specialist" that you meet with 2 They have in place where you meet the service department on the day you buy a car. Kris was fantastic! He was extremely knowledgable, helpful, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. I highly recommend him. Overall, a very good and easy car buying experience with well-trained, service-oriented, pleasant people throughout, including Jon Frisby in finance. My only minor complaint would be the initial, very low, trade offer. Ultimately, that was corrected and we are very happy! More
