Wow! For a few years, I've been coming here for service on my Subaru that I had purchased elsewhere. I decided it was time to upgrade so I came into sales and the experience was phenomenal! I knew what I wanted and was setup with an appointment with Zach Gaskill - he arranged to test drive the same model, but a different trim level as they did not have the trim level I wanted on the lot, but there were some on the way. After the test drive, I was hooked and we looked at the numbers and did the paperwork. Zach was in constant contact, giving me updates as my vehicle was in transit. He even sent pictures minutes after it was off the truck. When it was finally ready, the final purchase experience was just as great. I worked with Hector on the finance side and he worked out an AMAZING deal which was better than what I was hoping for. I know I got the best price and best deal possible without all the hassle that has traditionally gone into a vehicle purchase. I was completely blown away by how GREAT this entire experience was.
