Needed a car, last one I will ever buy............... Everyone I interacted with was very kind and respectful. My sales person and finance person was very helpful and I believe went above and beyond for Everyone I interacted with was very kind and respectful. A few glitches that may have been due to business on Sunday, the fax number given to insurance company was in a room not accessible so getting the policy was not smooth but everyone involved was patient in working through the problem. Cristian and Wesley were very easy to deal with and there was no high pressure. Most of our communications were done via email which is nice. Email can be the most efficient way to communicate and I appreciate a dealer willing to do it. Phone calls can result in long hold times, phone tag, unnecessary small talk, unwanted pressure.
