My Sales Person, Doug Rowland I ran across this beautiful car that I now call ‘my own’ about a week or so ago when searching for a vehicle to replace my 1999 Chrysler Sebring Conve I ran across this beautiful car that I now call ‘my own’ about a week or so ago when searching for a vehicle to replace my 1999 Chrysler Sebring Convertible (it was time to part ways!). I decided to visit the dealership, and when I arrived , I was informed by someone other than Doug, that it had been sold earlier that week. So back to my online search I went. The next morning when I checked for this car again, it was still on the dealership’s site. So I decided to send an email, and Doug replied... so sorry for the confusion, but this vehicle has NOT been sold! Now understand, i’m one of those people who don’t usually like dealing with sales people. However, to my surprise, when I finally met Doug, I was 100+ comfortable with him. Doug is very pleasant to work with, and came across as a very honest person! He kept me informed about the whereabouts of the car and when it arrived back at the dealership, I got a chance to sit in it as he explained all of Its wonderful features. My experience with Doug Rowland, tops the list of sales people that I’ve totally enjoyed working with. The vehicle is super clean and has incredibly low mileage and was right in our price range. We were able to get most of the info we needed to the dealership while we were at work, which helped the process go much faster. They were able to work with our low credit score and keep the financing right in our monthly budget, including a warrantee up to 100K miles (the car we bought had 10K). Really an amazing experience- we've already decided the next car we buy is 1)a Subaru WRX, and 2) will be from Sport Subaru South! More
