We are sorry to hear about your negative impression of our Dealership's Service Department. We noticed that you tagged numerous employees in both the Sales and Service department in this review stating you have dealt with 10 employees while you specifically claim that certain Service Technicians seem unhappy in their work environment and as a result my be doing subpar work on vehicles. This is a highly unusual insight for a customer to provide and certainly does not correlate with our Subaru Factory Customer Satisfaction measurements so we would love to hear more specifics if possible.
