Recent service My car was in for a 30k service. The total cost was over $500.00 which I agreed to before the service was done. My only concern was that for the first My car was in for a 30k service. The total cost was over $500.00 which I agreed to before the service was done. My only concern was that for the first time my car was not cleaned. The outside was washed but not very well and the inside was not vacumed it wiped down. I was disappointed. The car cleaning was the only perk I had been enjoying. At my NJ dealership my car came back to me cleaned inside and out. Last time I used Peacock and my car was spotless. New owners, quality changed in this area. More

There was an issue on the finance side of the deal, where ~$700 of apparent dealer fees were still tacked on to the contract. Thankfully I caught it before signing but still, for a dealership that advertises no dealer fees.... I can't see how this was possible. Otherwise, great service! More
