Great job, I would have given a five star had it not been for the long wait to see the finance officer, then given a stack of papers to sign (understandably) however not feeling comfortable with the knowledge of exactly what I was signing & only being offered a quick explanation upon my asking. I am now in possession of dual set of papers with slightly different amounts as he made a mistake on one set but did not eliminate the one set not needed. Very confusing. More

I found that the communication of the service department when working on my older Suba My experience in the past with this dealer was not as positive. I found that the communication of the service department when working on my older Subarus to be lacking. The sales department did a great job of helping us find the right vehicle for our growing family, a 2017 certified pre-owned Outback. When one the access keys wasn't found, they quickly ordered a new one and paired it with our vehicle for free. No need to follow up like I usually do with the service desk. More
