Lug nuts stripped After my last tire rotation at Subaru I asked not to use impact gun on lug nuts. I had a blow out and could not get tire off . I had to break it off. After my last tire rotation at Subaru I asked not to use impact gun on lug nuts. I had a blow out and could not get tire off . I had to break it off. I brouyit back to Subaru after having new tires put on where I had the blow out. Subaru said it was not them, but where I bought the tires. I think you are quite wrong!! You checked all my tires and replaced other stripped lug lugs. Although you did charge me for them. It’s a he said, she said story but only Subaru has touched my car until this time! Not really fair to charge me anything for that service!! More
