Because I was a returning customer, the initial offers were quite reasonable and within the KBB valuation range, and we were able to quickly agree on the out-the-door price. This made me feel extremely valued as a customer, and as a human being; I normally loathe vehicle purchasing, as many other dealerships treat you like a number, but this hasn't been my experience here. For the second time, it was a pleasure purchasing a vehicle through Kerwin, and commendations to Bud from Financing and Alonso from the service department as well. I knew very little about Subaru as a brand. I actually left the first meeting with some disappointment, but researched what I was told and found it all to be very accurate. I went back 3 times in total before purchasing the car. Every single time Justin was patient and communicated above and beyond what I'm used to. I ended up purchasing a fabulous 2019 WRX premium instead of the BRZ which ended up being the right car for me. Thanks to the whole team from Justin, to finance, to the management for such a pleasurable purchasing experience. I probably will buy another vehicle from them in the coming year, and will recommend them to others who may be looking for a car. More
