Delvin went above and beyond working with me by phone until late on a Saturday night to get things finalized and even came in on his day off to secure the deal, putting on the car accessories while we did the finance. Friendly guy to work with and not at all pushy. Lowest rates and lowest out the door cost. Got out the door pretty quickly and was very impressed. I spoke to him on the phone and told him what I was looking for and price range I wanted to be in, and he nailed it. It was worth the drive to Orlando. He took the time to walk me through everything on my new Forrester and helped me pair my device. Elizezer was great with getting the best rate, lower than my credit union. This is how it should be. Overpriced This location charged me approximately $200 more than the dealership I normally go to would have. I was towed here since it was the closest location w This location charged me approximately $200 more than the dealership I normally go to would have. I was towed here since it was the closest location when my car broke down on my way to work and towing is covered on my auto policy. I was offered the option to “overnight” the part for an additional $50 which would get my car back to me on Tuesday rather than Wednesday which isn’t helpful at all on Friday morning. Also, no loaner car was even offered to me while having $950.00 worth of work done. When I asked about one I was told they were both out and would be coming back in and going right back out due to recalls. Next time I will pay for the towing to take me to the Subaru dealership where I usually have work done just to have helpful fair customer service. More
