AMAZING! I came into Subaru in hopes of getting a new car, Alex Dasilva was my sales representative and was very cool and open about their car selections. I wa I came into Subaru in hopes of getting a new car, Alex Dasilva was my sales representative and was very cool and open about their car selections. I was looking into a BRZ but unfortunately it was out of my budget but Alex was very dedicated and hopeful. He helped me look in their inventory for a car that was within my budget and was both stylish and matched my needs. We came across the Volkswagen Passat which completely blew my mind away! Alex is very passionate in what he does at Sport Subaru South and within a few hours I was walking out with my new car. I highly recommend this dealership to any friends, family or anyone in general looking for a car. Alex and all the staff are very Kind and care about their customers! If I could give this review 10 stars I certainly would! More

Service I brought my car in for a scheduled service to repair the wheels, and to do an inspection due to a low oil light on the car. Ben was helpful and infor I brought my car in for a scheduled service to repair the wheels, and to do an inspection due to a low oil light on the car. Ben was helpful and informative and has worked well with me since I purchased the car and for that I thank him. When I went to take it in for service however, the associate at service was extremely rude and impatient. At first she inquired as to what brought me and I informed her of the scheduled service letter that was emailed to me by the dealer and she began to question why they would have to repair wheels. I explained it was under the we owe you of the contract and she claimed she wasn't aware if the guy was coming in, so I advised her that I was only going based on the info that was given to me. I left and accidentally took my keys and turned around to drop them off and only a few short minutes had passed, however, I still asked her out of curiosity if she was able to find out if the wheel repair company was going to come in, all in a calm and kind manner. She advised me she hadn't gotten that far and rudely looked back at her assistant manager Blaine with an attitude in her face as if what I asked was our of place. Although he did not say anything I can't help but notice that you'd allow your team member to ehave in such manner to a customer and simply shrug it off as if nothing is happening. I did not have time to bring it up so I simply left cause I was running late to work as someone who works in customer service, I just want to say I do not appreciate when simple requests are met with such resistance and disgust, especially it I am just trying to get the most information since I am dropping off my only form of transportation and wanted to make sure that I was not just leaving it there in vain. Overall, I have had a pleasant experience with the dealer and do not wish this small hiccup to ruin the fine establishment they have. More
