Kerwin was very patient he explained all the features of the vehicle and the difference between the Limited & Touring models. Even when it was pickup day he stood with me in the heat explaining every button to me and its function. I’ve never had a sales rep show so much dedication. Excellent, friendly and professional customer service Second service after we bought the car a year ago. The service people are way better than the Sale people that offered us a service plan included with Second service after we bought the car a year ago. The service people are way better than the Sale people that offered us a service plan included with the purchase (March 31st, 2018, last day for the offer). 6 months ago I took the car for the 1st service to find out they never included the plan as offered, but Blaine, at the service Dept. gave me a complimentary service which he did not have to do. Now, I took the car for the 2nd service. I knew I was going to have to pay due to the sales people negligence, but to my surprise, Darlene, at the service Dept. also gave me another complimentary service. Something she also did not have to do. I am very happy with my Crosstrek. Blaine and Darlene not just took care of my situation but they were friendly and very professional as well. Great job on keeping the customer happy. Thank you!!!! More

I had met with/spoken to numerous other dealerships and was met with typical pressure tactics and did not feel my needs/wants were truly being heard. When I called Sport Subaru South and got Justin on the line I was shocked by how easygoing and attentive he was! He suggested with my timeline (I was still in a lease for a few more months and wanted to time my buy just right) that I order the car online and have it made. It made for such a gradual and less overwhelming process and was a smooth transition. Justin was very prompt in getting back with all my questions and negotiating what I felt was an extremely fair deal! Woukd highly recommend working with him if you're interested in a Subaru. I'm so happy with my '19 Crosstrek! More
