He had the car pulled around for us when we got there and even stayed late to have it detailed while we did paperwork and cleaned out our trade in. Review of dealership Me and my wife just purchased brand new 2019 Subaru Outback. We did not expect to make that purchase, since we had an existing car to sell first. Then Me and my wife just purchased brand new 2019 Subaru Outback. We did not expect to make that purchase, since we had an existing car to sell first. Then we find out that we can sell our truck right there and get the money we want for it. There was several Subaru staff people helping us with the purchase of the car. All of them were very nice and professional. Tha main sells person Giovanni Polanco greeted us first then we went with young gentlemen Juan for a test drive. He was so very nice and knowledgeable, it was pleasure to be with him. After the test Juan and Giovanni took us through the process of buying a new vehicle and selling the one we owned. We also were helped by 3 others gentlemen along the process. Then we went to Finance Department where we signed lot of documents. All together we were helped by 6 people not counting those who prepared our new car for us. When we were very impressed with all that, we just can’t be more grateful to Giovanni and Juan for the way they were dealing with us. Sport Subaru South is very lucky to have staff like that. I’m saying that because that is the nine time we’ve buying a new car and we never before had that pleasant experience. I’ll be recommending your dealership to everyone and so my wife.
