Several repairs I had brought my car in because I was having road noise they said it was my wheel bearing and I paid to have it fixed. But unfortunately when I got I had brought my car in because I was having road noise they said it was my wheel bearing and I paid to have it fixed. But unfortunately when I got my car back it was still making the same noise. So they said it was the other bearing. I did ask if there was anything they could do on the price and he was able to get me a little more discount off the repair which I appreciated very much. so I will be doing the repair soon. More

I just upgraded my 1st Forester for my 2nd Forester. I bought my 1st Subaru 4 years ago from this dealership. Much has changed in 4 years but the service has only improved. Their service department is great which is why I keep bringing my car back. I received a trade in offer so I decided to check out the new models while my car was being serviced. I even brought a friend to talk me out of the upgrade if he didn't think it was a good idea or deal. They didn't have many Foresters on the lot because they are selling fast. Alex approached us as we were sitting in one of them. I had been reading about the new upgrades and was curious. Alex grabbed the keys for the model I liked the most and we were off. He explained about all the new safety features as I drove. The EyeSite tech is unnerving as I had to fight my inclination to step on the brake myself but it works. We got into cruse control mode and the care slowed down, stopped & speed up without me stepping on pedals. The lane assist nudges the wheel and alerts when you start to ver out of your lane. I was so impressed with the adjustments and improvements to the Forester we started to crunch some numbers. While Alex played middle man I spoke to my friend who would have much rather seen me stay with the car I had. He was impressed enough to want to see the numbers as well. We went back and forth for awhile Alex ever positive that we could find a happy middle ground. Alex presented me with all my options and my friend and I stepped outside and discussed it some more. Even my friend who was opposed to my trading my car in, was telling me to do it. the paperwork took a little longer than I expected but they were busy. The whole process could not have been easier. I know I got a great car for a great deal with everything that I wanted in a car. Thank You Alex! More
