Went in for an Air Bag recall - was asked questions that had nothing to do with the issue. Was advised it would take 3 hours!! Wish I was aware of this prior to me booking. Was not kept posted - each time I asked they advised me they were just finishing up - for about 1.5 hours - but each time I looked to the back repair shop could not see anybody working ! Man in the office next to the reception area was on his phone as I was waiting - playing games I assume with the light off and his feet on the customer chair. Paying him too much to do nothing Was waiting for about 4.5 hours in total Oh and man in blue shirt and camo hat - you just walked about doing nothing Your management could save a great deal of money and reduce staff who appear not be of any value More
