Way better than the last Subaru dealership we bought from (they're under new management so I won't name them). Sports South has always been fair with us in all of our dealings with the old lemon. Hopefully the New Ascent will be reliable for many years to come. We traded up as I didn't trust the 2015 Forrester in a cross country trip. I trust the new Ascent will make it Alan Moore was very pleasant to work with and went above and beyond what was expected of him. He really took all of our considerations in when choosing the car, and he never tried to upsell us, just meet our needs within our budget, and never pressured us. Would it have been nice to get a higher model with a moon roof and air cooled seats, of course, but we should be happy with what we have for many years come. Bottom line, I would recommend Alan Moore and Sports Subaru South. More
