I had an issue with my car, the service department was able see that it was under warranty, they ordered the part and was able to replace with no problem. From the costumer service department to the maste able see that it was under warranty, they ordered the part and was able to replace with no problem. Tanto los nuevos como los viejos administradores son desconfíables mande a chequear los frenos y me dijeron que eran los traseros suspuestamente desgastados y solo cambiaron las pastillas así que al tie desconfíables mande a chequear los frenos y me dijeron que eran los traseros suspuestamente desgastados y solo cambiaron las pastillas así que al tiempo comenzó un ruido cuando fui reclamar en los papeles habían puesto los delanteros así que en la confusión acepte repararlos aunque cuando buscaron en el historial dijeron que tenía garantía luego que no y debía pagar en la confusión acepte pagar pero el día que los hice mande a cambiar aceite y rotar las llantas cuando me lo entregaron no habían rotado las llamaras des pues de 3 horas y supuestamente no me cobraron cuando me llevo el carro vuelven a sonar los frenos y cuando regreso me dicen que los frenos le faltaba una pieza que evita el ruido pero además me doy cuenta que tampoco habían cambiado el aceite más el hood tengo un año esperando que lo cambien More

My service advisor wasn’t that great at communicating what was going on with my vehicle. Just saying we are working on it which doesn’t give me any insight on if it’s being looked at or been diagnosed or what was going on with my vehicle. Called him several times and never got a call back. Just got a text with a video that made it seem like the car was fixed after they closed. So I was so confused. Finally called on his day off and was told immediately what was wrong and it would be ready in an hour. Went to pick up my car and there was dirt all over the inside of the car. The ignition cover fell off in my hand. The technician admitted he broke it and would then order me a new one. Found another piece of the car in my cup holder I put back where it belonged. Both headlights didn’t work the next morning so I took it back on Friday. They tightened back up the wiring. Just a little frustrated with the lack of communication and cleanliness of the vehicle when I got it back. Jay and Natalie were a huge help with everything I needed on the day my advisor was off. They did not explain anything and was very miscommunicating. They even manipulated me by asking me to “please for the safety of my children do not go on the road” I should’ve gotten a second o miscommunicating.
