I would recommend this service center, but they took too long to do services in the car and they overcharge customers. my car was not broke down just for services they charge me $1,019 just to change the long to do services in the car and they overcharge customers. my car was not broke down just for services they charge me $1,019 just to change the engine belt, rear brakes, and oil change. they said the engine belt needed to be replaced, but I did not believe it. I waited for almost 3 hours just to have the oil of my car changed and when I get b ...." - This is the statement that this dealership takes pride on. I waited for almost 3 hours just to have the oil of my car changed and when I get back home, I noticed the oil is leaking. Isn't changing oil the most basic thing in car service? Why can't you make it right? And you boast of your extremely knowledgeable technicians? I lost substantial remuneration at work as a result because of what you have done to my car as I had to call out of work. You did not respect my time at all, and honestly, you need more lectures on customer service. I will definitely NOT recommend this dealership to all of my colleagues in the healthcare. More
