Sport Mitsubishi - Service Center

Was told that there were no issues with the car when I was buying and that there were new brakes, tires, shocks on car. Bought the car and on the way home stopped and saw that the tires were completely ba was buying and that there were new brakes, tires, shocks on car. Bought the car and on the way home stopped and saw that the tires were completely bald. Called the salesman back (Thiago was great throughout) and asked him to confirm that new tires were supposed to be on the car. He said yes, and I explained that they definitely weren't new. He did everything to get it fixed. I then took the car to the nissan dealership to get inspected and was told that the shocks were bad, the brakes weren't new and that obviously the tires were is terrible shape. I brought it up to the used car manager and he said that the bad shocks still pass the safety inspection they had so they can't do anything about it. I made an appointment for them to fix the shocks as it would be easier and cheaper to just have them do it since they sold me the car. I made the appointment and they ordered the parts. When I showed up to the appointment they said that the parts were sent back to the seller and that I would need to order them again and reschedule to have them put on. (paying for it myself might I add). I was called the next day to give feedback explained all of this to the person on the phone and was told that a supervisor will be in contact with me soon. It has been a month since that call and no one has reached out. I want them to do this last thing on the car and I hope to never step foot in that dealership again. More

I called in Tuesday I have a weird light on in my vehicle. Spoke to the lady that was helping she stated she would have someone call me to fix it.
