Breath of fresh air We have been to several dealerships over the past few years. The lack of professionalism and common courtesy/manners of sales people was overwhelming We have been to several dealerships over the past few years. The lack of professionalism and common courtesy/manners of sales people was overwhelming. Most visits led us to leave the lot without any contact with a sales person. Quite discouraging.....until we met Wes. We arrived Tuesday @ 7:30 p.m., unaware the lot closed in 30 minutes. Wes met us in the lot and immediately shined. He took his time with us, took us to test drive an Ascent and Outback, since we weren't 100% on the model. He answered all our questions and he was just delightful to deal with.....literally a breath of fresh air. He was so pleasant and professional, my husband and I decided we only wanted to deal with him. We returned the next morning, agreeing to meet at 9:00. Did I mention, Wednesday was his day off? He wasn't scheduled to come in, but he did. We geniunely felt he wanted to help us. In the past we've had several sales people pass us off to others. When we arrived at 9:00, he had three vehicles ready for us to choose from. He is new to the sales field; he has been at the dealership only a month. He obviously is paving his own path.
