I really loved this dealership! Everyone at Don Mealey sport Subaru Mitsubishi was very upbeat very friendly it seemed to be a nice atmosphere pertaining to all of the employees working together. anyway sport Subaru Mitsubishi was very upbeat very friendly it seemed to be a nice atmosphere pertaining to all of the employees working together. anyway I got to meet Robert Duran which turned out to be my sales guy. And I was introduced to him by Christine Brightwell and and she assured me that I would love Robert Duran and she was 100% right. And then I met Joana Arroyo she was just so upbeat so right on things just such a perfect young lady so helpful!and then of course I met Kevin Wilson which was one of their Finance Consultants! And he was a riot! I think what I liked about this particular dealership was I know they're there to make money and I understand that and they should be there to make money but there's always a little bit of room to help the customer and you can still make money and I only had a certain amount of money that I could spend and that was honestly speaking due to a personal situation and what I loved about this place was it wasn't they know we will not work with your kind of place it was more like a let's see what we can do here to help you out what kind of place and I think that means a lot of people your average everyday working person especially and that would be me and many others and I'm glad that I came here because if they didn't help me out by bringing the price down a bit I would have never been able to buy the extended warranty on the vehicle because my monies were very short and I only had so much I could spend and I was very honest with them I was trying to hold on to a little bit of cash knowing that I needed to buy a service warranty again if they had not helped me financially speaking on the numbers I would have not been able to of left there with a extended service warranty on the vehicle and we all know that's needed so many times when not expected. and sometimes it's not needed at all. but it's just kind of a piece of Mind knowing you have it .because you may not have the money to get your vehicle fixed at a unexpected time! and that service warranty means a lot to people who just can't afford the extras sometimes. or maybe they're just going through a hard time at that minute. it could be anything! So how do I sum this review up very simple it's a dealership there to make money there supposed to be there to make money but they're not a one price dealership they will try to work with you if they can and make sure that they do make their money! but at the same time try to help you as well! Would I use them again absolutely and my sales guy Robert Duran!! Oh my God what an honest individual and trust me I know when a salesperson is full of it and this particular guy is somebody you would love to deal with again he knows he needs to make money for the dealership but at the same time he wants to help you so badly and I'm good with that this guy was fantastic he was friendly he was funny he was comfortable whether you were male or female you would love salesmen Robert Duran!! And when it comes to financing Kevin Wilson the guy with the personality and pretty funny I like this guy and he's the guy I would want to deal with in the finance area are you a warranty area this is the guy great personality! And Joana Arroyo ! In the internet sales area Jaws fantastic like I said such a bubbly sweet personality so upbeat very cool and if it wasn't for her I probably would not have come in she makes you want to come in and I understand that that's her job to do that too because I'm a very sharp blade it but all that matters is that they all have it together and it works out for everyone and they do and it does! So with that being said do I like Don Mealey sport Subaru Mitsubishi the West Colonial Drive store absolutely do I love all of their customer service people that are sales people their management team absolutely was I paying attention and watching what was going on around me with management teams and sales people and finance people I don't miss a trick! Absolutely! was it a great experience and a fun experience and you don't feel like you just a customer coming in with me and they actually joke around with you and laugh and smile but at the same time the place is buzzing and they're doing such a great job at what they do and they're supposed to do .absolutely! well I think I summed it up enough and I think I ran my mouth enough lol! with that being said! This was a fantastic bunch of people to do business with even the ones I did not deal with I watched how they were operating and it was the way that a dealership should be operating running around everybody buzzing around a lot of little commotion going on in here a lot of little meetings going on a lot of trying to make deals happen going on the place is well managed! I give the manager 10 Stars but then I give 10 Stars 2 Christine Brightwell also Kevin Wilson also Joana Arroyo! And my favorite favorite person of all in the end! sales consultant Robert Duran!!! This guy rocked he didn't rush you he's no pressure he really tried to help you out he wasn't full of BS I know he's there to make money as well for the dealership but he was still an honest guy! So I'm going to say publicly I loved Robert Duran and I give him 10 Stars * and Counting! And my thank you to everyone there for really trying to help me out and thank you again so much to Robert Duran you rock you are really a person of integrity honesty again trying to do your job as in making money for the dealership as you should be but again what I loved about this particular sales consultant was he still tried to help me out !and by the way he did !so with that being said I love these guys so take a ride over there! we all hear different stories about different dealerships we all have good experiences and bad experiences I know I had a lot of bad experiences with a ton of dealerships before I came here!
