Alex is amazing! ! We purchased our 2022 Outlander ES back in December (an early Christmas present for me) and the process was smooth and hassle free. Alex took great ! We purchased our 2022 Outlander ES back in December (an early Christmas present for me) and the process was smooth and hassle free. Alex took great care of my partner and I while we were there. We weren’t pressured into buying a vehicle and while I cried tears of joy, I could tell Alex was happy for me; he made us feel like family. We weren’t planning on buying a new vehicle that day, but, had it not been for Alex, we probably would’ve left without it. He’s a true gem and I’m so grateful.
