Great Sales Person, Great inventory, but........ I went to find out prices to purchase a new car and Alex took really good care of me, test drive, explanations, the works.. Until I got to deal with the finance department and I think I got screwed. I specifically asked them to run my credit ONCE, they ran it FIVE TIMES. They approved a credit for 75 months instead of the 72 offered, please be careful with the finance guys because they'll do things you DID NOT ASK FOR, More

We told him we were early for our appointment. Trevor ask our name went inside came back immediately with keys to SUV we had the appointment to see. Trevor was very friendly and knew everything about the Outlander. Trevor never pushed us in any way. The was the easiest vechile purchase we have ever had. Outstanding value on a used car After exhaustive online research, I came upon this dealership and decided I would purchase a used car from them due to their lifetime powertrain warra After exhaustive online research, I came upon this dealership and decided I would purchase a used car from them due to their lifetime powertrain warranty. I found a couple different cars that I was interested in, and was able to negotiate the pricing with David Santiago via email. This was very important to me since I live about 5 hours away from the dealership, and would only make the drive down if I was sure to get the best possible deal. I arrived at the dealership, inspected and test-drove two vehicles and bought a 2013 Ford Focus. Everyone was very professional and the paperwork was completed in a timely manner. I will definitely look first to this dealership for my next purchase which will likely be a Subaru. Great job all around! More
