Dealer is fine if you want a Mazda I bought a 2015 Mazda 6 from this dealer in 2017. The sales experience was OK, the agents were friendly and answered all my questions. I test drove a few cars before deciding on a pretty used red Touring trimmed model. I fell in love with the way the car looked, both on the outside and inside. At the beginning of the ownership experience, I went back to Sport Mazda for oil changes, but the waits were quite long (4 hours minimum, even with an appointment) and I live very far away, so I began going to a place closer to me as time progressed. I had 2 issues with the vehicle during my ownership that I needed to return to Sport Mazda for in order to have repaired. The first was that the a/c began leaking water onto the passenger floor due to a clogged rain line... that was repaired with no problem. Then, a few months ago, the car suffered serious electrical faults and all the computers were fried. The vehicle has been at this dealer for months becuase they were waiting on a part. It turned out that the damage was more extensive than initially realized and my insurance company ended up totaling the car. Throughout this process, I worked with a Service Advisor named Nick Radoslavov. He was amazing throughout the process, he was great at telling me what was going on with my vehicle and got me a lovely loaner vehicle so that I could still get back and forth to work while my car was waiting on a part to arrive, before we knew how extensive the damage was. He was knowledgable, friendly, and communicative throughout the entire process and I really appreciate him. As my relationship with this delaer comes to a close, I just wanted to take a second to acknowledge the awesome service provided by NIck. Last week, I replaced the Mazda with a beautiful Lexus from another dealer; the only reason I didn't buy from Sport Mazda again is because they sell Mazdas and I specifically wanted a used Lexus. Before buying the Mazda 6, I always had large V6 cars with plenty of power, lots of interior room, real leather seats, and sunroofs- the Mazda was too small, underpowered, and bottom of the line for me, the brand just didn't resonate with me, despite the beautiful looks of the KODO design language.. Though some Mazdas have things like real leather and sunroofs (mine didn't), none of them are quite large enough for me and, there are none that have V6 engines, or power tilt/telescope steering wheels, and I really enjoy those kinds of features. The Lexus fits me like a glove, so I will likely never buy another brand again, Mazda just wasn't the right choice for me. HOWEVER, if you are specifically looking for a Mazda vehicle, there is no reason not to check out Sport Mazda! More
