This was my third regular vehicle service with Sport Mazda and all three have been efficient and (relatively!) painless. It was my first time dealing with Brian but he was equally as on the ball and per Mazda and all three have been efficient and (relatively!) painless. It was my first time dealing with Brian but he was equally as on the ball and personable as Nikki and all the work carried out seems absolutely spot on. There was more work to be done than initially planned for, and it took an hour to complete the additional work (all done under the warranty), so I have no complaints and feel Sport Mazda continue to look after my car extremely well and at a fair price. More

This was my first time at Sport Mazda and from my experience with Donny Larson I will be returning to the dealership for future service. This was my second trip to Sport Mazda for service on my car and I wasn't disappointed. Even though they were obviously swamped with customers Brian made sure to take his time talking to me. I took my 2012 Mazda 3 in for an oil change and tire rotation, but I also had lost sound from the system in my car. After a while (during which Brian twice updated me on what was happening), the servic rotation, but I also had lost sound from the system in my car. After a while (during which Brian twice updated me on what was happening), the service man who actually worked on my car came into the waiting area and explained to me what he had done to try to diagnose the problem and admitted that he was unable to figure out what the issue was. After literally taking apart the sound system and finding nothing "wrong", they decided to order a new radio for my car. Ironically, when the old radio was put back in, it worked again! Nevertheless, Brian told me they would install the new radio as soon as it arrived at the shop. The great part of all of this is that because it took a while to try to figure out what the problem with the sound system was, Brian waived the charge for the tire rotation (the oil change was already free because of a promotional offer). Ironically, I kind of expected to be charged extra for something to make up for the free oil change - it's a cynical way of thinking, I know, but that has been my experience in the past (with other repair shops, especially at dealerships). So, of course I was extremely happy with the service I received, and with the honest, forthright manner in which the situation was handled. The new radio arrived at the shop less than a week after my initial visit, and Brian called to let me know it was on hand and could be installed whenever it was convenient for me. I took my car in the next afternoon, and I was in and out in less than an hour with the new radio installed. More
