This is my second service at Sport Mazda and I couldn't be happy. The service was completed in half the time estimated. They only offered me the services I truly needed. Donny Larson came out and greeted me as soon as I pulled up and alerted me when my car was ready to be picked up. The waiting area was neat and clean, and along with computers for use, there is all free Wi-Fi. This will sound crazy, but I can't wait for my next service! More

I have been dealing with Nikki Meadows for about three years and every time she has been great answering my questions and taking care of any issues promptly. She is one of the reasons I go back to get my years and every time she has been great answering my questions and taking care of any issues promptly. She is one of the reasons I go back to get my car service there. Jose one of the mechanics that works under Nikki is also great and answers any questions I may have about my car. I bought a 2004 RX8 from a private owner and a couple of weeks after having it I had problems with my power steering. I took it to Sport Mazda when I lived in downtown Orlando. On the way there I thought, ' weeks after having it I had problems with my power steering. I took it to Sport Mazda when I lived in downtown Orlando. On the way there I thought, 'Crap!!! This is going to cost me an arm and a leg!' From the moment I got out of my car I was treated like family. Nikki found some recalls on my car and some items that were covered under warranty while John took me to my car and explained every detail making me feel like I was part of the team. The fix on the steering was a simple loose connection and I walked out spending hardly anything. He got my car running better that I ever imagined and I could tell he really cared about his work and me as a customer. Nikki went out of her way make me smile and to get me a courtesy car while the repairs were being done although I did not even purchase the vehicle from them. Trust to me is the most important thing in ANY sort of relationship both personal and business. I currently live over one and a half hours away from Sport Mazda, but I go out of my way to come to Nikki and John because they have earned my complete trust and friendship. In a world where you constantly have to watch your back I feel great to have found a team that has mine. More
THE NEW GUY WAS VERY NICE. I ALWAYS THOUGHT TODD WAS THE BEST SERVICE GUY EVER, BUT HE IS GONE NOW AND I WAS SKEPTICAL. BUT DUSTIN WAS AWESOME !!! HE EVEN CLEANED MY WINDSHIELD !!!
