I'm always greeted upon arrival & most of my needs are met & I've always witnessed the same treatment of fellow customer. There have been a few times where their were minor issues that were not met to my satisfaction, but the crew has worked hard to resolve them quickly without any frustration, which for me is very important to know the dealership & crew will put their best foot forward despite the circumstances to take care of the customer. The service itself was great but I was disappointed I didn't receive the usual Full Circle Inspection/Report Card. Also I expected my original battery to last more than 25 months but was glad the Mazda didn't receive the usual Full Circle Inspection/Report Card. Also I expected my original battery to last more than 25 months but was glad the Mazda at least paid for 25% of the new battery. I would have like to have received some paperwork showing the warranty of the new battery. More
