I have brought my car in twice for service and have found both Mr. Larson and Mr. Lorant to be so genuinely nice and helpful. I no longer dread bringing my car into a dealership to be serviced. This dealership has been servicing my vehicle for over 4 years & have always done a great job. I always ask for Donny Larson & he always makes me feel welcomed. There have been a few times where their were minor issues that were not met to my satisfaction, but the crew has worked hard to resolve them quickly without any frustration, which for me is very important to know the dealership & crew will put their best foot forward despite the circumstances to take care of the customer. The service itself was great but I was disappointed I didn't receive the usual Full Circle Inspection/Report Card. Also I expected my original battery to last more than 25 months but was glad the Mazda didn't receive the usual Full Circle Inspection/Report Card. Also I expected my original battery to last more than 25 months but was glad the Mazda at least paid for 25% of the new battery. I would have like to have received some paperwork showing the warranty of the new battery. More
