I bought my CX9 from Sport Mazda and was promised excellent service which is exactly what I get every time I take my car in for maintenance and repairs. I brought my Mazda RX8 in for a warranty repair and they found a few extra little things that were wrong with the car and fixed them. When I received the car back I noticed the tire pressure sensor light w found a few extra little things that were wrong with the car and fixed them. When I received the car back I noticed the tire pressure sensor light was on. I know it had been cool lately (as cool as it can get in FL) so I had to pull over at the nearest gas station and one of the tires was down to 22 psi (normally should be 32 psi). I know it isn't their job to fill my tires up but it would have been nice for them to check that since when they started the vehicle it is pretty well pronounced light on the dash. That is why I gave them a 3 for quality of work. More

Scheduled online but when I arrived there Jeremy Maylath noted that he didn't see anything loaded in the system but took me anyway. He sorted me out with my discounts on the synthetic oil without any hassle and ensure that the guys performing the service gave my car the wash and vacuum I'd normally expect to find. While that was being done, took the time to look at the new 2014 Mazda 3. Charles Powery, who sold me the 2013 Mazda 3 only earlier this year took me out for a spin in the new car. I must admit that I liked it alot. Now I'm considering a trade in and will follow up with Charles in the near future. I didn't get my $50 dollar discount on service for test driving the new Mazda though - so advertising in the show room was a bit misleading.... but nonetheless... *Hope to get a great deal on my trade in; Hint Hint..... It may me feel even better since I just bought the car and this was my second time there. Jeremy shortly came and explained some recommended services my car needed and also clarified my concerns that I had when I first got there. "He remembered"... I was so satisfied and feel more at ease to bring my car in to mazda instead of shopping around to save a buck for any services my car may need. More
I bought my wife a cx7 from this dealership last year and the vehicle came with nitrogen filled tires. I thought it would be great, although finding places that have it available are far and few between I thought it would be alright since I was told that I would rarely have to. I called the dealership on Friday around 2 to make a service appointment for an oil change on Saturday and I called through the 800 number I found online. The operator answered and transferred me to a voicemail. It was a female and I regret not writing her name down, but I left her a message about the oil change and left my cell number twice for a confirmation call but I never heard back from anybody. A week before I took my wife's car in for her regular scheduled oil change, she kept complaining that the low tire pressure light was on. So when I took it in for an oil change, I made sure to tell the service advisor about it and he said they will take care of it and even asked if I wanted to have the tires rotated and I agreed. Sure enough, they changed the oil and rotated the tires. They low pressure light was not on when I left so I assumed they did what they were supposed to. Sure enough, a day later my wife was complaining about the light being on again and I thought she was being ridiculous. I took her car and looked for a place that had nitrogen. When they checked the tire pressure, all four tires had psi between 24-26. The tire pressure on these factory installed tires was posted to be at 32psi. Why would the service advisor not put it on the work order and furthermore, what kind of mechanic would do a complete safety inspection, rotate tires and never check the tire pressure?? I'm very disappointed and realize that I can't rely on your service department to do the most simplest of tasks. And these are things that are part of their job. Unfortunately, I have an extended warranty so I have to do all my service at a Mazda dealer and since we bought the car there, i would like to take it there but if things like this keep happening, I will either have to just go out of my way to another dealership or just trade out of the Mazda and into another brand that has better quality service. My wife likes Mazda and this is her second one. I hope it won't be her last. More
Donny provides professional and friendly service. Waiting area is spacious and clean but luckily I didn't have to sit there long since my vehicle was dealt with so quickly!
