I moved to Florida about 2 years ago and have been taking my car to this dealership for services. This time it was for the 30K service. I requested the service appointment via their website. The site was easy to navigate and I received a response indicating the service appointment was scheduled. When I arrived at the dealership, Jeremy quickly took my information. I told him I would be waiting for the service to be completed. He indicated it would take a few hours, but I expected that so I settled in the waiting room. The service was completed in less than 2 hours (to my surprise). Jeremy was personable and pleasant to deal with. He seemed genuinely concerned about his customers and provided excellent service. I have been bringing my RX8 to Sport Mazda since i purchased it in 2007. As with all my previous visits the service department has treated me very well. When I arrived at my appt. time, I was greeted by Beth, who made sure that Jeremy knew I was there. She suggested I wait inside where it was cooler. Beth helped me pick out the right booklets and gave me her card and cell phone number in case there were questions.
