Oil Change Name was not in the system when I arrived for my scheduled appointment (my fault, guess I should ask name of person who set up the appointment). Since my service was quite comprehensive, I went to the showroom to pass the time and look at the new models. I talked briefly to a salesman while there. My car was ready when I was chatting with the salesman and she did not interrupt me to let me know. As a result I ended up being at the dealership for an extra 30-45 minutes doing nothing, not realizing my car was ready, until I checked with the cashier. I understand that it is your policy not to interrupt when in the sales area, but my car had already been there since 9:30AM and as a result I did not get checked out until almost 4:00, nearly an hour after my car was actually done. Since she was apparently following policy, I do not blame her, but I do not feel that this policy is particularly customer friendly. I suggest that customers should be notified as soon as their vehicle is ready and let the customer decide if they want to collect their car then or continue with their conversation on the sales floor. More

He really cares about giving everybody the best service possible and knowing his clients personally. He explains everything in detail, answers all your questions, and does it all with a smile. When Donny is not available, every other employee is just as quick to make sure you are taken care of. The service is always quick whether it's a simple oil change or having to leave your car there for a day or two. I honestly love when it's time for my car maintenance! This place is awesome! More
