My worst experience ever! I arrived 20 minutes early for an oil change Appt and wasn't seen until my 1:30 appt time that was fine. However, to have my car waiting to go back fo I arrived 20 minutes early for an oil change Appt and wasn't seen until my 1:30 appt time that was fine. However, to have my car waiting to go back for about 30 minutes was unacceptable. Once my car was taken back it sat another 15 minutes untouched, how do I know this because I actually watched to see how long my car would sit untouched. I inquired w/ the Svc rep Ellie what was the hold up and informed her that I had to leave w/ in an hour, a scheduled oil change should not take more than an hour. She advised me my car would be ready w/ in the hour so my 45 minute wait should have been much less. The technician completed a speedy Svc job on my car in 15 minutes. I bought my car from this dealer and have been using this dealer for all my vehicle needs. I've referred friends, family and coworkers to this dealership for service because of their customer service, integrity, honesty and work performance. If they were behind that's fine, I would have rescheduled my appointment. The cashier Becky, oh my goodness well she was just as rude. I was on my cell phone trying to reschedule my next appointment since i was running behind at the dealership. When she handed me my Visa card back she didn't say anything, she turned and began writing. So I'm on the phone and looking at her and ask if she's done, may I leave. She tells me that because I was on the phone she didn't say anything to me. I replied a simple thank you, have a nice day would have sufficed! This was my worst experience ever at this dealership! More

Need to improve Customer Service I leased a 2015 Mazda 6 and purchased the maintenance package. I took in for my first service on 9/15/14. I experience the worst customer service from Jeremy. I asked him if he had a schedule of the maintenance that would be perform based on the package I bought. He said, "no, it should be with your paperwork. Didn't you read it. He was short and not helpful at all. I mentioned it to the my Sales person (Barby) and Finance person (Richard).They both told me, oh that is how he is. The Finance person said he didn't even know why Jeremy is still working there. Richard, asked Juan Cruz for the answer, but Juan didn't know he just pointed to a brochure. Then Richard took me to Donny, which he didn't know what I purchased but I was only getting an oil change and tire rotation. I ask him don't you guys even wash the cars? He said, only if you request it. This whole experience was disappointing. Now, my worry is I have this lease for three years and I am really considering taking this car to be serviced at another Mazda dealership. More
Step Child/Step Customer Donny was my service advisor. A + Service from THIS Sport Mazda Pro! I called sine I was in the area for work, and he was able to get me right i Donny was my service advisor. A + Service from THIS Sport Mazda Pro! I called sine I was in the area for work, and he was able to get me right in, to address some issues with my GPS / Audio Music Device. I am however disappointed to think that since they were unable to actually experience the Audio turning off at times for no reason that they were unable to repair or replace it. I was given a option to leave the car for a full day so they can experience the sudden off of the device for no reason, but, SPORT MAZDA does not offer a loaner car, unless I bought the car from them? This is very disappointing, I bought a $32,000 car, and because I did not BUY IT from this LOCATION, I am sorta treated like a STEP CHILD/CUSTOMER, this is sad, since when I buy my next car, I will remember, the LACK of commitment to EARN my NEW CAR BUYING, business! Great 1st expereince This was the first time that I took our new Mazda in for service and the experience was excellent!! Friendly staff, fast service time. I booked the appointment using the phone App, but when I showed up the service department had no record of my appointment. Jeremy was extremely cooperative and still got my vehicle in at my desired time. Looking forward to future service appointments at Sport Mazda. More

In and out in 30 minutes with free coffee and snacks. Ellie suggested accessories for our 2014 MAZDA 5. We didn't need any that we didn't already buy 6 months ago when we bought the van, but I consider it Ellie suggested accessories for our 2014 MAZDA 5.
