Facilities, equipment and staffing were increased to accommodate even more cars. It is really a shame that when our Service Advisor and technicians do such a good job for a customer that it is spoiled, in the their eyes, by something so easy to do as washing a car correctly. I can tell you that it is not acceptable and I apologize for your spoiled visit. I am happy that you are our customer. It was kind of your to not penalize the excellent job that the rest of the staff did that day.
