Great servicing experience I had a sudden "check your tire pressure" alarm on my CX5 which was not going away in-spite of inflating the tires. So, I was concerned and rushed to I had a sudden "check your tire pressure" alarm on my CX5 which was not going away in-spite of inflating the tires. So, I was concerned and rushed to Mazda service center without any prior appointment, considering emergency. Ellie greeted me at the service entrance and heard the problems I am having with my car. She was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and explained me what could be the reasons causing the problem. After signing some documents, she Asked me to wait for an hour to check precisely the source of the problem. Later on, she let me know that one of my tires had a micro leak which was causing this problem, slowly leaking the air pressure. It was immediately fixed and I was out of the service center within the specified time. I was happy that I didn't have to wait long and the servicing charge was also reasonable. I was very happy with the service I received. Thanks Ellie and Sports MAZDA. More

Made many calls to tire shops in area of my house and no one could get tire in a timely manner. Called dealership and James confirmed they had the tire, Quoted a reasonable cost and set appointment for next morning. All went at least as good as expected. James kept me informed as to the progress of the repair as I waited. Told me when it was completed, and as car was being complimentary washed, he walked me to cashier to pay so as soon as car came up i was on my way. VERY efficient and courteous. Dealership has been great to deal with and will continue to utilize service department for issues and routine maintenance and will definitely recommend for sales as well. More
Worst Mazda Dealership Ever This dealership is the worst ever. It should have "zero" stars if I could give them that. They sold me a car with 2 keys and refuse to give me the s This dealership is the worst ever. It should have "zero" stars if I could give them that. They sold me a car with 2 keys and refuse to give me the second one after I signed the contract. " I'm sorry, we can't find the other key," they said. They told me to come back and they would get me one. So I came back another day and waited for them to get me a key. They said it is not programmable after waiting 4 hours for it to get done. Then they told me they would give it to me the next time I brought my car in to be serviced. They still didn't do it. One employee said i. The co puter it says that we made you the key but you refused to take it. Huh? Another employee said they couldn't make a key. The managers also kept switching me to other managers saying it was the other managers responsibility. When I telephoned about it, they kept switching me until there was a voice mail or they hung up on me. When I first bought the car I had a temporary license plate and it took months to get the permanent license plate from them. They promised numerous time's they would send it to me, even by FedEx and never did. They would hang up on me, put me on hold and never come back, or put me to voice mail always saying the person I needed to talk to "wasn't " there that day. This is the worst place to buy a car. They don't give out loaners either even though you have a warrenty stating they need to give you a loaner. They told me the recall on my airbag was not an important enough recall to give me a loaner while they fixed it. Be careful they also try to sell you an expensive warrenty when you buy your car and they don't honor it anyway. Stay away from this dealership and I'll never buy another Mazda again. More
