Earnest evans Earnest goes out of his way for potential buyers. We purchased a 2016 Mazda 3 on May 5 and on the 23RD brought it back because we were hearing a noise Earnest goes out of his way for potential buyers. We purchased a 2016 Mazda 3 on May 5 and on the 23RD brought it back because we were hearing a noise in the rear. Of course service could find nothing wrong. Nevertheless in steps Earnest Evans who on his own suggested we look at a new car which was the furthest from our mind. Despite several hurdles we threw at him, Earnest nevered relented and went to his management three times. Throughout the entire ordeal he was not pushy but rather was the epitome of professionalism.
