Awesome customer service! We brought our 2012 CX9 in for an inspection along with a series of fluid flushes to ensure our vehicle was ready for a long road trip to Canada. Nat We brought our 2012 CX9 in for an inspection along with a series of fluid flushes to ensure our vehicle was ready for a long road trip to Canada. Natalie helped us through the process. During the inspection, a significant issue was discovered by the mechanic (Justin Garza) that fortunately was covered by the warranty. Natalie and Justin went way above and beyond to ensure the part could be shipped expeditiously and the car repaired on time for our trip. Their efforts in getting our vehicle ready in a very tight timeline is much appreciated. Natalie was professional and courteous throughout the process and genuinely cared about the customer experience. Sport Mazda is lucky to have employees like Natalie and Justin on their team. More
