I certainly can understand your feelings but it is a fact of life in the auto business that the safety of our customers must always come first. Mazda always feels a major obligation where recalls occur as it feels that the customer with a problem that is due to an unintended production issue. Along with Mazda, we naturally do everything we can to make the recall right, as quickly as possible. While not all of a particular model have a problem, Mazda will recall all that "might possibly" have a problem so that no customer can be further inconvenienced. I provide a number of new Mazdas for our service customers but a large number of recall notifications went out for a new recall before your service and we were not able to provide the courtesy cars for a short time. I apoligize for your inconvenience and want you to know you are indeed a valued customer and I hope that you see your way clear to understand the situation we found ourselves in. Thank you.
