Nick is your guy. Obviously Nick has a very good working relationships with co-workers, he gets things done. Hello I have been a Florida resident for 5 years , since I've arrived I have been using Sports Mazda, I had a Mazda 3 2006 then purchased a Mazda 6 20 Hello I have been a Florida resident for 5 years , since I've arrived I have been using Sports Mazda, I had a Mazda 3 2006 then purchased a Mazda 6 2016 at sports Mazda. I have always been received professionally with GREAT customer service from every one. My concern is even with an appointment scheduled no matter if its a tire change or an oil change I have to wait around 3 hours. I think EVERY time I visit that's not acceptable, especially at the rate that the customers are being charged for the service the wait time is just way to much, I do like going there for the great customer service and accommodations but I'm strongly considering another certified place to get my car serviced. Is there anyway it can be adjusted or resolved ?Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. More

Five times the charm I had what I am told a very rare problem. Since I bought my 2018 Mazda 5 two months ago the navigation system had a problem tracking the actual locat I had what I am told a very rare problem. Since I bought my 2018 Mazda 5 two months ago the navigation system had a problem tracking the actual location of the vehicle. Half the time the navigation system was showing the car on parallel roads or in a field parallel to the road. When this happened the audio would keep repeating rerouting giving directions to get the car back on the recommended route. It took five visits to the service center to analyze and resolve the problem. An hour each way from my home meant 10 hours of driving and a minimum 5 hours in the waiting area. Everyone was very professional, great attitudes, the problem got solved, just wasted a great deal of personal time with a problem I had no control over and disappointed with dealing with a new car problem, when it should have been a great new car experience. Navigation system check out from the factory must not have been detailed enough to verify working properly. More
