I can appreciate the reasons behind your rating and promise you it was what we think every customer should expect and receive each time they visit the Sport Mazda Service Center. Keeping our customers well informed is most important, so that you can make the important decisions you need to make sure your car remains safe and well maintained. We have recently increased efforts to do just that, by providing videos to customers with a hands-on explanation of services and recommendations on your vehicle direct from the Technician working on your car. The followup with your Service Advisor, Nick, is made all the more easier and future maintenance planning can be completed with all the information needed to make the best decision.
