WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Today I brought in my 2016 MAZDA 6 because the RPM meter (revs) is increasing to 2,000 when I have my car in parked. I also brought it in due to the f Today I brought in my 2016 MAZDA 6 because the RPM meter (revs) is increasing to 2,000 when I have my car in parked. I also brought it in due to the fact my gas cap is broken for the 6TH time once again. I sat there for about 2 hrs waiting to find out what was wrong with the revs for them to tell me they had to contact MAZDA Corp in California because they don’t know what is wrong with the car. When they finally get in contact they said to fix it, it will cost $320 & if that doesn’t work they will give something else a go which will cost about $180. I told them fine go ahead and they did the repairs for $320. I leave and go to the gas station down the street and the car doesn’t start, so I go back to the dealership. They said sorry we have no loner vehicles you’ll have to leave it here and we will look at it on Monday. The fact I spent $320 for them to fix my car and I get it back worse then when I gave it to them is RIDICULOUS!!!! & on top of that the gas cap is still broken. So now I’m without transportation for at least 2 days minimum, spent over $300, & experienced the WORST customer service EVER. All the “manager” could do was shrug his shoulders and say sorry. How did he think I was suppose to get home??? If this is how they treat customers then I will be for sure leaving Mazda. More

They were very quick to let me know what needed to be done and what were some of my options as far as pricing. The work was done in a timely manner and well done. I was given a loaner while we were waiting on shipments of the parts, so I was never inconvenienced. Ellie is always very personable and understanding which made it easy to pick up my car after work. Great Customer Service Our car started showing signs of struggle as we were driving the family down to Sea World, we found Sport Mazda on the way and asked for help, afraid Our car started showing signs of struggle as we were driving the family down to Sea World, we found Sport Mazda on the way and asked for help, afraid our family trip was going to be over. It was a Saturday and they were completely booked, but Brittany took the time to listen, and Nick came out to help when he wasn’t even working... Within 30 minutes we were able to get a replacement car that fit our family of 5 and finished our day as planned (at no extra cost!). Brittany communicated with us very professionally during the next few days until our car was ready to be picked up. Very grateful for their help and customer service :) More
