It is the job of our Service Advisors to make sure that every customer who arrives at Sport Mazda is made to feel welcome and both they and their car well maintained. We have done everything we can to add staff and facilities that give us the opportunity to help customers with problems and could not make an appointment. I am grateful to Brittany that she was able to do just that for you. Of course, she is right, it is sometimes so busy that it may take a little longer than necessary to work you in, so an appointment will always be the best alternative for you.
