Good but Slow This was not my best experience at Sport Mazda. I understand we had to wait for parts to come in but two weeks is an awful long time to keep someone' This was not my best experience at Sport Mazda. I understand we had to wait for parts to come in but two weeks is an awful long time to keep someone's car. The plus side was that I was able to get a loaner vehicle to use so I was not too inconvenienced. I also felt like the communication wasn't what it usually is. I would go days without hearing anything about the car I dropped it off on Thursday and it wasn't until Saturday afternoon that I found out the diagnosis. And that was only after I attempted calling, went from 2nd to 1st and back to 2nd in line on your call system only to be disconnected (how does that happen?). My fiance then got through after 3 rings. Lastly, I am so tired of having to repeatedly show and remind the reps through the process of the mnt and mechanical plans I purchased through Mazda with my vehicle. I spent a lot of money on those, and as helpful as they have been, it's such a headache every time I bring my car in. That system needs to be worked on. More
Great service, per usual I originally looked into getting a Mazda from a friend's recommendation about the service department here being on the ball. When he told me that I needed a new tire and quoted me the cost, he was very understanding when I mentioned my husband wanting to shop around for different quotes. He didn’t try to sell me on buying from them or pressure me which I appreciated. The only thing I will comment on (which has nothing to do with Angelo and his services) is the wait time. I scheduled my appointment at 8:00am because I have work. I knew I would be late to work but I left a cushion in case it ran behind but didn’t think I would actually be sitting at the dealership for as long as I was. Granted, I did have a nail in my tire and all of that, I didn’t leave until almost 9:45 and I arrived at 7:45. A lady who arrived right after me left 30 minutes before I did which was kind of frustrating. The only thing I would suggest is to let customers know if it’s going to take longer than 1.5 hours because 2 hours was a little too long in my opinion. Like I mentioned before, it had nothing to do with Angelo. He had been with a very needy customer at the time but I had to interrupt him just because I needed to get to work. I saw my car pull around so I knew it was ready and that my keys were brought in but because of Angelo being tied up with another customer, he wasn’t able to retrieve them. Maybe the other service employees can be more aware of fellow coworkers being tied up and help them when a customer has been waiting a long time instead of me having to go up and ask. I think that would be beneficial. Angelo was GREAT though so please don’t take this as a negative review on him. It was more so the actual service of my car taking a really long time, longer than normal. More

Ellie is great! Had my 15k service done here for my 2018 Mazda6 Signature, everything went smoothly and it was done pretty much around the time they said it would be. Had my 15k service done here for my 2018 Mazda6 Signature, everything went smoothly and it was done pretty much around the time they said it would be. The waiting area is nice and it didn't feel like that long of a wait, Ellie is also super sweet and I've met with her several times before. She is also great about telling me about certain problems my car may have once it is done with service (for example the love bug gunk they leave behind/tree sap/small crack in windshield, etc). Definitely will keep coming back to this dealership as long as I can. More
