We had the good fortune to meet Mari who turned out to be a great and informed salesperson but a trusted friend! She tried to meet and fill all our needs and worked very hard to stay in the budget we set for her. We were so happy with her endless efforts and above the call of an ordinary sales person to find just the right Sport Mazda 3. Just to fit our needs! She would spare no effort or time to make sure this car met and was just what we were. shopping for. She even ask about and programed my wife Maria and my choice of music in our new Mazda! It was exactly as advertised. Then came the negotiation. I worked with Mark and Juan R. Cruz through this and we came to an agreement for purchase. Although I hate the negotiating part of purchasing a vehicle, Mark and Juan were very honest and agreeable to work with. On top of a great buying experience, the dealership has an Allstate rep onsite, which made the insurance transfer absolutely seamless. Immediately I thought this was all too good to be true until I sat down with Mark Cappetta, he gave me some options as far as what worked for me with pricing, trade in, packages etc. Mark was awesome, he didn't pressure me into purchasing rather than leasing and made the process go very smoothly (with this being my first leased car). Fell in love with the Mazda3; he even offered me Kelly Blue book value rather than scamming me for my trade in. Unfortunately they didn't have the color I wanted for the car to take it off the lot right away but not to worry, Mark called another dealer who did and had his drivers bring the vehicle to Orlando over the weekend. I completed my final paperwork tonight and received the keys to my brand new car. Even after I had completed my paper Mark showed me out to the vehicle and explained to me all the features. I was so impressed, that I rented a car and drove from New Port Richey to Orlando to purchase my new Miata. When I arrived I met with Kyle Whitten, who had my car ready for me. He was an outstanding sales person who guided me through the process of completing everything I needed to drive my new car home.
