Steve, this is Jay Mealey -General Manager/Owner at Sport Mazda. I wanted to personally apologize to you regarding your recent visit to my Dealership. Regarding KBB Trade Program, I am unhappy with the program as well on a number of levels. One being that KBB sends every inquiry the same email that reads "consider your vehicle sold" THIS IS NOT AN EMAIL SENT BY THE DEALERSHIP. Also very important, we have taken in many "wholesale" vehicles which means we simply purchase them and take them straight to the Auction. Year to date I have lost money on these types of transactions. I am fairly confident we did not "low ball" you but I can also appreciate your impression that we did. Especially after receiving that initial misleading Email from Kelly Blue Book.
