You will probably receive an email or call saying "consider your vehicle sold". You will then be told to come in to complete the transaction and pick up your check and that it will only take 15-20 minutes. Be prepared to receive an insultingly lowball offer and to have a couple of hours of your time wasted. More

Easy! I did a lot of research on a few used vehicles I've had my eye on. It just so happened that Sport Mazda had a slightly used Chevy Volt that I was v I did a lot of research on a few used vehicles I've had my eye on. It just so happened that Sport Mazda had a slightly used Chevy Volt that I was very interested in. Barby got in touch with me and we set up a time to check out the car and go from there. I showed up about 1-2 hours early and Barby was able to get Kris to help me out since she was working with another customer at the time. Kris was really easy to work with, very patient and knowledgeable. When I need another car, I hope I have the pleasure of doing business with Kris again. One part that I thought was really cool of him was during the financing part for my Volt (which took a bit of time), Kris went out of his way to help out my dad who can be really stubborn about looking at new cars. They were able to check out a car he'd been thinking about for a couple months. More

Amazing Dealer with AMAZING Salesman I went into the dealer looking for a Hyundai Veloster I saw online & As a first time buying and a 19 Year Old I Didn't intend on buying it at all but I went into the dealer looking for a Hyundai Veloster I saw online & As a first time buying and a 19 Year Old I Didn't intend on buying it at all but I was just so amazed. Aida showed me the car and let me turn it on to check it out. I really liked the car and asked her to show me all of my different options. She did so and in an AMAZING way where I understood perfectly (Come to mind I know not much about buying cars) except that's the car I wanted & Now I ended up walking out of the dealer with it because of Aida!
