He helped me find a vehicle to fit my budget and was extremely patient with me throughout the whole process. I was a first time buyer so he informed me of all the bases I should cover and was honest with about the process. We are in the process of relocating and this meant selling my car a 2015 Cadillac SRX direct to the dealership. After having been to two other dealerships (including Cadillac) we found ourselves at Sport Mazda here in Orlando. Aida was absolutely amazing. Granted we were not buying. However, if we had been, we would have done so because of her. Honestly, after all the haggle Aida is the whole reason I told Cadillac NO and Mazda YES. In the car business high pressure is not always best and this young lady made quite an impression. I will add that Sport Mazda also paid a fair price for my car and did so in a timely fashion. I would assume that Aida and Sport Mazda would do the same in the purchasing arena. Great dealership, great sales, solid review! More
