Got exactly what I wanted at a competitive price I originally stopped at Sport Mazda to test drive a 2016.5 CX-5. I was still on the fence between that and a different make/model. As it happened they I originally stopped at Sport Mazda to test drive a 2016.5 CX-5. I was still on the fence between that and a different make/model. As it happened they had exactly what I wanted in terms of color and equipment. My salesperson Ana went on a test drive with me and showed me some of the features I hadn't seen before. I was so enamored of the vehicle I decided I would buy it if we could come to terms on price. We went into "negotiations" and ultimately got very, very close to the number I was looking for. Ana was very helpful and even arranged for the rental car I was driving to be picked up from the dealership so I could drive the new CX-5 home that night. This was a big deal because Sport Mazda is in a different city than where I live, and it's an hour drive to get back there. There were no surprises on the finance side, and all of the numbers were the same as what we discussed. Total time at dealership including half hour test drive in traffic was about 3.5 hours. Patient, Dedicated Assistance Miguel was great. He patiently answered all my questions, and was diligent about finding an answer for me if he didnt have one. After we couldnt find Miguel was great. After we couldnt find a car the first time around, he kept on the look out and kept trying to get me a deal; emailing me every so often when something good came along. I wanted a low mileage 2012 or newer Mazda 3. He was actually able to find me exactly what I was looking for! Miguel didnt pressure and he went above and beyond to see that I got what I was looking for. I certainly recommend him and Sport Mazda! The dealership itself is nice and low pressure with a nice selection of new and used cars. This is the first time I've gone car shopping in a long time, and Im glad I chose Sport. One thing I wasnt too happy with (but expected since it is a car dealership, after all), was Jason's (Santiago i think?) hard-sell at the end of my first visit. The whole thing seemed like a "get him back in here real quick and ill try and sell him on something". I also told them multiple times that credit was not an option, yet was pressures to apply for it more times than I appreciate. I understand that this is just part of the dealership game, but its still annoying. Miguel wasnt part of the credit pressure though - no harm no foul! Thanks folks!! :D More
