1st and 2nd time is a charm I drove over an hour and brought two Mazda's from this dealership over a 5 year period even though I live very close to a Mazda dealership. I think what really made me appreciate working with this dealership (and primarily with Pedro) was the up front pricing and their detailed customer service. They talked to me to find out what I wanted and then working with me over a period of a few weeks to get me exactly what I needed. Very fair pricing when compared to other dealerships and they are not pushy which is a huge plus to me. I made several requests through email and they didn't rush me to come in for a test drive. They gave me all the information I needed to make an intelligent decision without any pressure. If I have to buy another car I will consider Mazda first because of my experience with the car and I will consider this dealership because of their pricing and customer service. More
