But he tried to keep me in informed on the waiting period which was excessive, it took over 4 hours to purchase this vehicle. Most of the time was waiting for the vehicle to be cleaned. When I recieved vehicle it was not clean to my satisfaction, but I waited long enough and took the vehicle as is. No problem with saleman its your service that needs improvement . More

And when my wife decided what she wanted, he helped us to find the car that match up to her needs. He is a very "user-friendly" sales person. I teased Earnest several times about his 'Elite' Certification but he is a true professional, and it showed in the way he deals with people. He doesn't treat you as a customer but someone he is building a relationship with. Our car was not ready for pickup on the day of the sale but he made sure that everything was perfect when it was -- respecting our schedule as my wife and I both had to get back to work. More
