Brian San Pedro gave us THE BEST customer service ever! He made the process a breeze. Brian did a FANTASTIC job. He was very professional and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Relaxing & Comfortable I brought my car into the new dealership for service, and from the minute I pulled up I was greeted with great customer service. Mixed Impressions Things that I loved/were helpful: -Sales representative was respectful and answered my questions in detail -Finance person was kind and light-hearte Things that I loved/were helpful: -Sales representative was respectful and answered my questions in detail -Finance person was kind and light-hearted. I've had horrific experiences in the past with people in fiance at OTHER dealerships who are cold and aggressive. -I got the car that I wanted at the price that I wanted, with the financing I wanted, and the key features I was looking for. -Dealership correspondece from beginning to end of sale was effective -The purchasing process and paperwork was not burdensome. It did not feel overwhelming. -As a transgender person, the sales representative was respectful of my gender identity by using correct pronouns for me. -The sales representative was not pushy trying to force me to go into a deal or offer I was not interested in. Things I did not appreciate: -The sales representative would barely offer any information about the vehicles unless I asked. It made me feel like he believed I would not understand or did not deserve to know essential information about the vehicles available. If I had not asked specific questions, I wonder if he would have told me anything about the vehicles at all. -The sales representative never once mentioned how much the dealer fee would be. I thought I deserved to be told clearly, before signing, how much the dealer fee would be. -The sales representative was not at the dealership when I arrived, on time, for my appointment. -There was 1 week of time (due to my request) from the day I made my downpayment until the day I finished my paperwork and picked up the car, and during this time, I was told that the car would be washed, detailed, and a service on the tires would be completed to fix a service light. This did not happen. I understand that the dealership was moving to a new location during this time, but it was extremely disappointing to arrive to pick up my car and find that none of these commitments had been fulfilled. The sales person tried to play it off as "intentional" to give me the car "fresh" but it sounded more like reckless procrastination and I felt devalued as a customer. This was not the quality of service I believe I deserved. I had a very long wait in the lobby for the car to be ready for me to drive off with it because these tasks had not been fulfilled as previously promised. -Probably the most inappropriate was that the finance representative made no acknowledgment of my preferred gender identity and would jokingly/inappropriately call me "papi" repeatedly. It made me very uncomfortable. I'm not your "papi". More
