From the moment I walked into the dealership until the time I left with my new car I was treated like a valued and individual customer and not like ju From the moment I walked into the dealership until the time I left with my new car I was treated like a valued and individual customer and not like just one of many. Michael was attentive to my wishes and concerns in a new car and took the time to explain the various trim lines and options. He kept me updated each step of the way during the purchasing process (it was a week long due to various reasons - timing issues on my part and my new car delivery) and even sent me a picture of my new car when it arrived at the dealership! Who takes the time to do that?! Mike does! I would buy a car from him again and again. He brought Kyle in to discuss price with me and he was incredibly friendly - not "salesy" at all. They even sent me off with a car to test drive one at the competition down the road. Now that's speaks volumes to their customer service and pretty much cinched the deal. The two of them became my "Dynamic Duo" at Sport Mazda and deserve to be recognized. I also have to give a huge shout-out to Stephanie who at the end of a long day of work acted like there was no place she would rather be than with me to go over the ins and outs of my new car. Another great service experience Love the new building and things seem to flow even better now.
