Very Personable Very happy with my sales person, Earnest, he even came in on his day off the next day to help me complete the sale. Eliezer Alicea, the Assistant Man Very happy with my sales person, Earnest, he even came in on his day off the next day to help me complete the sale. Eliezer Alicea, the Assistant Manager, went above and beyond in working with my credit union to get financing. The only issue I had was with the detailer, I found several areas that should have been cleaned before I took the car, but all in all I am satisfied with my experience. If as a dealer they do not hold up their warranty (if needed) then I will certainly be back to update the review. More

I tried to send all the required docs ahead of my visit because I was coming from Titusville (1 hr away). Unfortunately, even having done that, there were of course things they needed that I couldn't access while there (from my iPhone). I was initially disappointed that it would mean leaving with no Mazda and returning the next day (another 1 hr drive), but Maia stepped up to make it easier for me. She arranged to have me text/email the add'l info to Brian (Finance) when I got home, then she agreed to DELIVER the vehicle to me personally the next morning....on her day off. She was able to turn lemons into lemonade because I was not at all excited about another long drive and more hours away from work. She saved me from that by offering to deliver the car, and I of course absolutely love the vehicle. Thank you, Maia! More

Amazing experience over the top statifaction I first visited sports Mazda about two weeks ago when I was just looking and interested in showing my husband the car I wanted to soon lease. Barby he I first visited sports Mazda about two weeks ago when I was just looking and interested in showing my husband the car I wanted to soon lease. Barby helped us from finish to start finding the color and model I liked as well as showed me husband all the key features which is what I needed to convince him the cx9 should be our next family car. Kyle also assisted us when it came down to pricing and was trying to gain our business that day although they were both very convincing we wanted to discuss it further. I'll be honest we shopped around but I returned a week later not because of the price but because of the service I received at your dealership didn't compare to the other ones I visited not even close. As two sales people (my husband and I) we value customer service and a good up front sales person! The day of our purchase Barby and Kyle again went over the top and out of there way to make sure we had a great experience purchased at a price we were comfortable with and left with our dream car. The young guy at the end that showed us how to use the car took our picture and called to follow up forgot his name young, ran and thin (Hispanic) was also awesome. We really can't thank you enough! More
